The Role Servicing and managing clients as directed by the Account DirectorPreparation of client reportsLiaison with underwriters, insurers and other key industry stakeholdersAssist the Account Director with client renewal programsActively market WTW and develop new businessManage customer records and databaseLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to solve client queriesProcess insurance closing, endorsements and policy certification / wordingsClaims managementEnsure strong relationships are maintained with clients, insurers and other key partnersExplore all cross-selling opportunities, for example, Employee Benefits, Construction, Workplace Risk, M&A, Financial LinesThe Requirements Experience in the insurance or insurance broking industry.ANZIIF qualified Tier 1 Insurance BrokingExcellent technical skills in coverage and wording reviewUnderstanding and technical proficiency of claims management processesExperience with the placement and servicing of complex and multinational / global clientsIntermediate proficiency in all MS Office products and OutlookExcellent oral and written communication skills both on individual and small group basisDemonstrated success in managing team and client relationshipsNote: Employment-based visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.
