As a vital part of the Sales team, you will work to achieve booking targets and annual business development goals.Reports to: APAC Chief Client Officer (CCO)Location: Australia (remote)Responsibilities:Identify and develop a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet net new business sales targets.Leverage existing relationships to generate net new business opportunities.
Use a consultative sales approach to engage key decision-makers, identify challenges, and craft solutions.Lead product demonstrations of JUVARE's software solutions to a range of audiences, including C-level executives, management, and end-users.Explore and identify new market verticals or opportunities beyond the emergency management sector, focusing on expanding JUVARE's reach into other industries.Provide timely updates on sales activity through Salesforce and contribute to regular sales meetings to keep leadership informed of deal progress.Collaborate with the APAC CCO to manage and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).Represent JUVARE at relevant industry events and conferences to increase visibility and network with potential clients.Understand and be aware of Juvare information security policies and standards.Always protect company and client information.Inform the Compliance Officer or hotline of any information security issues.Ensure compliance with all JUVARE company policies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience meeting or exceeding new business sales quotas.At least 2 years of experience in selling software or technology solutions.Skills/ Knowledge Requirements:Documented success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Experience in managing long sales cycles for complex software and technology solutions.Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.Strong relationship-building skills across all levels, internally and within prospect organizations.Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands.Collaborative and team-oriented approach.Experience in the emergency management sector is a plus.A passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering results.EEO StatementJuvare is deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
