About the job
You will be Zeno Australia's expert in consulting, planning, and crafting digital strategies, campaigns, and content to meet clients' business goals. You will ensure that our clients stay at the forefront of utilizing digital channels across the paid, owned, and earned spectrum to achieve their goals. To do this, you will be well-versed in the latest digital and social media trends, creators, and channels, in touch with the zeitgeist of current pop culture, and have an eye for compelling content. You will also have a strategic mind and be able to structure and plan campaigns and content to maximize effectiveness. You will have the opportunity to partner with our strategy & planning, data and analytics, creative, tech development, and client teams to ensure content excellence is delivered in an integrated manner.
Responsibilities:
Champion
Zeno Australia's digital and social media marketing and content expertise, and drive quality, innovation, and expertise in this area, with the ultimate goal of leading and growing a robust digital team
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates
Create compelling content including posts, stories, and videos optimized for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
Identify and engage with creators, influencers and brand advocates to amplify our message and reach new audiences
Analyze digital and social media metrics and insights to optimize performance, track KPIs, and report on campaign
effectiveness
Keep clients current with the latest developments and emerging technology with social media and content platforms
Work
with our Data & Analytics, Digital, Creative and Integrated Communications teams to develop well-informed strategies and plans using
data-driven insight
Be involved in the briefing process to challenge client briefs and develop creative briefs that guide creative ideation
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage content for search marketing and SEO, and communicate these benefits to clients
Demonstrate excellence in client service and satisfaction, maintaining a deep understanding of the client's businesses, industry, priorities, and competitive landscape

Skills & Experience
8+ years in strategic communications, with a focus on digital, social, and influencer marketing
Experience leading a team
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills
Proficient in social media management, trends, and innovations
Highly developed written and oral communication skills
Stakeholder and agency management experience
Strong data, statistics, and insights application skills
Strong brand management experience
An energetic and ambitious personality, keen to grow a team!
