NOVA Entertainment has just that opportunity for you to join our Perth Agency Sales team as an Account Director.
You will be responsible for seeking, developing and building on strong business relationships with existing and future partners within our major Advertising Agency Clients.
Reporting to the Head of Agency Sales, you will be joining a team that values good banter, loves AFL Finals, and likes to celebrate the wins.
This team is highly collaborative and supportive of each other's successes with a culture that deeply values being our client's partner of choice for All of Audio Advertising.
What you will be doing:
Strategic and solutions focused management of an established agency portfolio.
Develop and sell leading cross platform, All of Audio solutions.
Identify and create new business opportunities that drive growth.
Commitment to achieving monthly & quarterly targets and ability to develop tactics to ensure personal and client success.
Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities.
Ability to effectively multi-task and project manage.
Passionate about audio, creativity and delivering a brilliant outcome.
Strong and consistent communicator and negotiator.
Resilient, dynamic, adaptable to change and highly driven with a strong desire to succeed in a result-oriented environment.
This role will suit someone with prior audio sales experience, and whilst digital sales experience is not essential, experience working with advertising agencies in the Perth market is desirable.
