Traffik Group is on the look-out for an exceptional full-time Account Director to join our talented team in Sydney. The Account Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of a variety of campaigns for your dedicated clients. You support your Team and Managing Partner with the client relationships of one of Sydney's marquee clients and using your project management skills to garner the best results from Traffik's creative, production, design, digital and finance teams.
At the core of this role is getting the right person to make the right decisions at the right time within the agency and client partners alike, with the support of the Senior Account Director, as well as a hunger for creating amazing brand experiences.

Responsibilities: Act as the primary project point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Collaborate with internal teams, including production, creative, design, and planning, to ensure smooth project execution and seamless communication.Provide proactive solutions (learning on internal and external stakeholders) to deliver ongoing value to key clients (over and above the brief).Successfully build relationships with key suppliers to ensure seamless integration with partners.Proactively manage budgets and monthly phasing for all projects (within client budget).Proactively raise identified new business opportunities and potential clients who could benefit from our services.Mentor and coach junior members to grow their ability to support and add value.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to deliver exceptional service to clients.Desired Skills and Experience: Experience with large scale event activations.Experience working with internal production teams.High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and delegate effectively.Effective written, oral, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Highly PC literate across core Microsoft platform and Google platform.Marketing, Service related industry experience.Traffik Group The Traffik Group is Australia's most awarded full-service brand activation agency.
