Our talented, dedicated and passionate workforce strive to help us to become one of the leading utility services companies that delivers innovative metering and data solutions that maximise digital and new energy services.The RoleIn this role, you'll play a crucial part in nurturing deep connections with our Retailer partners and other key stakeholders in the ACT, including Access Canberra, ACT Government and Distributors. You will be responsible for managing the Retailer relationship and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve mutual objectives by understanding needs and developing strategies to address them, increase sales, and grow the account.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Retailers to deliver valuable outcomes for them and their customersProvide support to the Head of Retail Accounts to achieve company targets on profitability and cost reductionFacilitate regular meetings to ensure successful delivery of contractual KPIsOversee Retailer engagement, campaign planning, and rollout programsLead the execution of proposals, presentations, and discussions with Retailers and other key relationships.Drive pre-sales activities by providing business, technical, and product knowledgeManage performance incident processes and ensuring corrective action plans are enacted.Ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment frameworksAbout YouTertiary qualifications in Business Management or equivalent relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in a complex key account management roleExperience in Metering or the Utilities sector will be highly advantageousExperience in managing Government accounts and/or Government-owned enterprises is a plusStrategic engagement, project management, and delivery experienceStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationshipsHow to ApplyAt Intellihub, you'll work in a stimulating environment where each day presents unique challenges and opportunities for growth.
