Who you are     We are excited to welcome a new Account Development Representative (ADR) to the Humanforce team as our customer base grows!
In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers, promoting our HCM software and identifying opportunities for increased usage.
Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and advocacy for Humanforce.

You will develop confidence in connecting with people, understanding their needs, and exploring how you can assist them.
What you will do    Connect with our valued customers through engaging and creative strategies including phone conversations and email exchanges—think outside the box with platforms like LinkedIn, video calls, or whatever suits your style!
Seek out new revenue opportunities that deliver measurable ROI for our customers.
Team up with our sales team to spot fresh leads and craft strategic sales plans.
Maintain and manage CRM records effectively, ensuring complete transparency of the pipeline and available opportunities.
Be motivated to meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and closed sales.
Nurture opportunities until they're ready for an Account Manager to finalise—be prepared to join those sales calls to help seal the deal.
What you'll need    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with a friendly and confident phone presence.
Basic familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info, and CRM systems.
A knack for asking insightful questions and uncovering valuable information.
A strong sense of commercial awareness and a solid grasp of business challenges.
A genuine interest in software solutions and their potential to address business needs.
Some 'nice to haves'   While not essential, experience with HR solutions and CRMs will be highly regarded.
