As an Account Coordinator you will assist the account management team with their daily tasks as well as work on bigger long-term projects.
This is an entry level role, ideal for a candidate looking to develop within the organization over the next 3-5 years.
The role reports directly to the Account Management Team Lead.
Please note that this position can be based out of our Mexico City office.

Your day-to-day Assist Account Managers & Account Executives with daily tasks including:
Order processing Tracking orders Content Requests Account Maintenance Work with clients on:
Outbound connectivity calls Email requests Working with smaller accounts Your skills and qualifications Fluency in French and English, both oral and written. Organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Able to work autonomously but also as a part of a team Strong attention to detail Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel) Solution oriented Nice-to-haves Previous client facing work experience Additional Schedule flexibility to work overtime during busier periods & occasional holiday coverage Life at Stingray A cool office space in Mexico City Statutory benefits Free English classes Montreal-based Stingray Group is a leading music, media and technology company with over 1,200 employees worldwide.
