About the Position: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Account Coordinator to join our team, playing a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth within assigned clients through relationship-building and upselling of our products and services. Additionally, the Account Coordinator will serve as the first line of contact for after-sales support, providing troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to clients before escalating to support specialists. This position is located on-site at our head office in Wollongong, NSW. Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of expertise in an Account Coordinator role or similar, with a focus on Business-to-Business (B2B). Experience in the transport, logistics, agriculture, or related industries is valued but nor required. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: Demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning new concepts and topics as needed, staying agile in a dynamic industry. Possess a genuine desire and passion for customer relationship building, sales, and support, with a proven ability to engage in a high volume of client interactions, including calls and emails. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and nurturing relationships with clients and industry professionals. Inherently self-driven with a clear focus on achieving objectives and exceeding targets. Positive and forward-thinking with a constructive and progressive attitude, both professionally and personally. Responsibilities: Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients within the heavy vehicle transport and logistics sector, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support, including upselling and strategic guidance. Serve as the first line of contact for after-sales support, actively engaging in troubleshooting and problem-solving with clients before escalating to support specialists. Demonstrate an understanding of regulatory telematics and effectively communicate how our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of clients. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions, conducting ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for introducing innovative products and services.
