About the role As a vital member of our dynamic team, you'll report directly into the Team Manager and will support the team in managing our Travel & Experience, Sports, Fitness, Outdoor and Motor verticals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless interactions day-to-day with our valued clients as well as executing impactful campaigns.
We're seeking a candidate who is highly organised, proactive and able to work productively in a fast-paced environment. Leading daily operations and handling spontaneous tasks will be second nature to you. Moreover, you'll gain invaluable experience in crafting and analysing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Your FocusCollaborate with managers in the team to plan and execute all client marketing activities. This will require you to manage across multiple platforms. Proactively drive the team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.Attend WIP calls with clients, networks and agencies, take action points and support Account Owner in execution.Contribute during team meetings and be the voice for change and improvements within Client Success.Run weekly analytics reports to track success of client marketing campaigns.Keep the Salesforce (CRM) updated with relevant information including Opportunities, Offers, Contracts and ContactsSupport Client team leads and Account managers with putting together presentation decks for post campaign reports, business reviews, etc.Attend both client and company meetings.Manage various requests, respond to client emails and onboard stores from our network partners.About You Ability to thrive under pressure with a positive can-do attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Confidence to provide insights and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.Proactive problem-solving mindset.Strong campaign management skills, including meeting deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft tools, affiliate networks, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, Excel, and Power BI.Self-motivated, self-aware, and emotionally intelligent.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Desire to drive impact and grow within the organisation.Understanding of loyalty, retail, e-commerce, and technology industries preferred.University Marketing degree and experience desirable.In the fast moving cashback category, Cashrewards has powered ahead of its rivals and taken the lead, serving over 2 million members with an enticing range of cashback offers from more than 2000 brand partners including Apple, Amazon, Myer, Liquorland, Adidas, Bonds, Target, Booking.com and The Iconic.
