Account Coordinator

Our client has created this new role within their National Account Team, due to continued growth in the business. We are on the hunt for an Accounts Coordinator who pairs a keen eye for detail with the initiative to elevate customer interactions to the next level.
What's in the glass?A varied role with a full-bodied mix of customer service, processing of order information and tracking orders.Continuous communication and response to customer queries with their order information, builds to happy and engaged clients.Create notes of collaboration by working with the warehouse, marketing, debtors, and supply chain regarding progression of customer orders and potential upselling opportunities.You will follow up proof of delivery, invoicing and outstanding debt and assist with effective stock control to minimise aged stock.Process orders on various software packages and liaise with warehouse colleagues regarding orders and deliveries.To be successful in this role:You have experience in customer service and high-volume order management.Strong data entry skills with a crisp finish on accuracy and detail.The ability to juggle multiple priorities with the finesse of a sommelier balancing a fine vintage.Ready to pour your skills into this role?
