About the Role As an Account Coordinator and under the wing of an experienced Sales Leader, you will sit within a tight-knit support team that act as the engine room for a team of Key Account Managers that sit across a state-wide portfolio of our biggest and best Real Estate Agency clients.
You will be the backbone that enables the team to go out and do what they do best… driving revenue growth, product adoption and brand loyalty with our most valuable clients.
Sitting within a close-knit team, this is a unique opportunity to plug into a fun work culture where no two days are the same!
You'll enjoy a variety of client events, opportunities to take the lead and run meetings, as well as the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of other Account Coordinators that have received promotions and are living their best lives at Domain.
In a typical day you can expect to:   Assist Account Managers with a wide range of tasks – e.g.
creating tailored proposals, handling client correspondence, vetting new leads, creating reports and producing sales data.
Facilitate admin tasks to ensure client and team requests are quickly and effectively completed.
Responding to ad-hoc tasks and queries including billing and invoicing, working cross-functionally with Credit and Customer Experience teams.
Provide feedback, escalate issues, and shape processes to help drive improvements and efficiencies.
Occasionally accompany Account Managers on visits to large clients to get to know their internal support teams.
Expand your product knowledge across the Domain solutions, quickly becoming an industry expert within Residential Real Estate.
Our Ideal Person:  ESSENTIAL: Previous experience in a Coordinator role or similar team support function.
Experience with general admin tasks.
Excellent sense of speed, time management and organisation skills.
Great with people.
Full working rights for a full-time permanent position.
BONUS POINTS: Industry experience in Saas, Print / Digital Media or Real Estate Confidence to take the lead in running team meetings and presenting.
