About the Role Reporting to the National Billing Administrator, the Accounts Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and accounts tasks within the Billing team including finance tasks as well supporting the mobility relocations team with invoicing and reconciliation of accounts as well as reporting.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing incoming and outgoing invoices and verifying them for accuracy and payment statusData entryCreation and reconciliation of outgoing invoices against incoming supplier invoices and reportingMonthly reporting and Consolidated InvoicingInvoice accuracy and timely consolidated reportingAssisting in resolving AP/AR enquiries Assisting the team in clarifying debtor transactions and outstanding debtor itemsWork with internal/external stakeholders to manage reporting for company expenses and service billingPerforming other adhoc tasks as necessary About You To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
Be computer savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel), Adobe and various financial systemsHave excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to build rapport and work part of a teamHigh attention to detail, problem solving skills and accuracy of data and informationAbility to learn new processes and systems in a timely mannerHave good financial literacy skillsPrevious experience using 3rd party invoicing systems (ideal but not essential)Be highly organised, have outstanding time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and work well under pressure Whilst previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, your high attention to detail and ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills and commitment to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation will see you secure this role.
