Job Description
In this cluster role, you will report to the Portfolio Financial Controller and ensure smooth daily operations of the Finance for multiple properties including Novotel Melbourne South Wharf, Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley, and Ibis Budget Melbourne Airport.

Key duties include, but are not limited to:
Weekly Payroll in line with Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010 Assist the Portfolio Financial Controller with Financial Forecasts and Budget Preparations Complete End of Month Reports, P&L, Forecasts, and other financial reports Manage and process Accounts Payable/Receivable Coach and lead the finance team Ensure Internal controls and maintain the credit limits Assist with all audits related to financial standards and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role Relevant tertiary qualification desirable; however, not essential Strong attention to detail Ability to effectively time manage a large volume workload, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure Proven ability to train and coach team members Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Linked spreadsheets, and Macros Authentic customer service, interpersonal & communication skills, and flexibility in resolving issues Experience using Opera (PMS) and SUN System would be advantageous Additional Information
