Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception & Service: Welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure. Check-In/Check-Out: Manage all aspects of guest check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel procedures. Reservations & Phone Handling: Handle reservations by phone and in person with personalized attention, promoting the hotel's services and offers. Sales & Promotions: Actively promote the hotel's services, loyalty programs, and special offers to increase sales and guest loyalty. Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging feedback. Communication: Ensure smooth communication with other departments and maintain accurate guest documentation. Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with hotel management systems. Positive attitude and a passion for guest service. Additional Information:
