Job Description An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons. Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead-by-example approach will be infectious. The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day. Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers. Qualifications Previous supervisor experience. Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate. Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired. The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail. Demonstrated high-quality service standard.
