Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Verify and post accounts receivable transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records. Assist the Team Leader Accounts Payable and Finance Manager in efficient and timely collection of Payables by providing reliable and accurate documentation and record keeping. Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc. Coordinate and perform accounting tasks in maintaining financial records of accounts receivable and delinquent accounts. People Management Establish and maintain seamless coordination & cooperation with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service. Respond to queries, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Financial Management Identify optimal, cost-effective use of the resources. Operational Management Supervise, coordinate, and participate in accounting tasks to settle guest accounts receivable in accordance with the credit policy. Assist in approving various transactions including refunds, ability-to-pay allowances, discounts, and write-offs. Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis, setting forth progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendations or conclusions. Qualifications

1-2 years' experience in Accounts Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Strong MS Office (Outlook, Teams) and Excel skills (tables, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a drive for results Strong communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with customers Team player with a motivated work ethic Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
