Job Description
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be reporting to the Front Office Manager and Duty Managers, providing exceptional customer service to our guests as they check in & out of the hotel.
What you will be doing: Providing passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and in-house guests at all times. Assisting guests with enquiries and complaints and providing accurate information to guests about property facilities and features. Checking guests in and out of the hotel in a timely manner. Handling guest enquiries and providing information on local attractions, giving directions where required. Taking reservations as required. Ensuring accurate payment of guest accounts. Qualifications
Previous customer service experience is desired, particularly in a hotel environment. Enthusiastic, with a natural ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone. Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and evenings. Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office & Opera (or similar hotel management system).
