Purpose As a Senior Owner Relations Manager, will be responsible for assisting in the leadership of a dedicated team of Owner Relation Managers across your designated region. You will also strengthen and maintain relationships with existing unit owners and to build and develop relationships with potential investors and other building stakeholders.
The role is rewarded with a base salary and will be incentivised with a performance based bonus structure.
Primary Responsibilities Assist in providing effective management and leadership to the Owner Relations Team ensuring the department delivers an exceptional level of service Responding to enquiries from unit owners in relation to matters regarding the management of their investments, apartment returns and general owner account enquiries; Effectively resolving owner enquiries and concerns; Cultivating relationships with unit owners to ensure they are satisfied; Suggesting and implementing strategies to develop and strengthen communications and relations with stakeholders throughout Asia; Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the management letting options provided by Accor and relevant industry legislation; Implement strategies and initiatives to increase keys under management. Skills and Experience Experience within the Strata Hotel Industry and/or the Property Management and Real Estate Industry. Proven ability to multi task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
