SUMMARY
The Client Success Lead handles day-to-day aspects of client relationships, serves as the point of escalation for complex issues and provides guidance to the Client Success team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews billing for accuracy and/or discrepancies.
Implements penetration increase plans to clients.
Reviews monthly audits.
Provides client and resident facing customer service.
Familiarizes new clients with program details and offerings.
Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Three (3) or more years relevant experience.

SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork.
Ability to quickly resolve problems.
