Purpose As a Marketing Executive with Accor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key properties within the Accor Apartments & Realty Business Unit, including Mantra Lorne and Mantra Melbourne Airport.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that amplify the visibility and success of these iconic destinations.
With a primary focus on driving performance for these priority properties, you will also have opportunities to support other hotels across the A&R portfolio as directed by our leadership team.
This role is based in Melbourne and offers a hybrid working style, with the opportunity to work between properties, the city office, and occasionally from home.
Travel between properties will be required, and specific working arrangements can be discussed during the interview process.
Primary Responsibilities Collaborate on developing and executing marketing strategies for priority properties to drive brand awareness, direct bookings, and loyalty program contributions.
Assist in developing campaigns across multiple channels, including CRM, digital, and social platforms, while optimising opportunities through promotions, loyalty programs, and sponsorships.
Leverage Accor's loyalty programs, such as ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus, to enhance venue visibility and performance.
Craft compelling content for diverse platforms, including email marketing, social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilising insights to refine strategies and inform future marketing initiatives.
Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of performance, as well as: Qualification in business related discipline (ideally with a focus on marketing) and a minimum of two years of brand or marketing experience.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, website management, CRM systems, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal abilities, including effective writing, confident negotiation, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry and familiarity with emerging trends, with the ability to apply commercial insights to marketing strategies.
Competence in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design or database management tools, with an eye for detail and a service-oriented mindset.
A valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel as required are essential for this role.
