As Revenue Assistant, you will assist to help execute our revenue strategies including:Maximise revenue to achieve budget and revenue targetsEnsure optimal presentation for business opportunities via digital content, branded websites, OTAs, GDSApply procedures and best practices within revenue and reservations departmentsReconciliation of Commissions from OTAs and ensuring revenue is receivedUnderstanding market trends and demand opportunitiesResponsible for revenue and reservationsClear understanding of budgets and hotel performance, assist with reportingGroup reservationsMaintaining strong business relationships with clients, market managers, companies, and agentsTraining and support for PMS across multiple propertiesAssist with revenue/yield analysis and strategies, guide pricing and demand for dynamic ratesRate loading and channel managementAssisting with processing contracted rates, procuring corporate and government businessRegulate brand standards, procedures, and best practices for revenue and reservationsOversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations and night audit departmentMaintain professional language and style of writing in all communicationsThe successful applicant will have:A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in reservations/front officeA passion for revenue and salesAttention to detail and time management skillsWork well as a team member and autonomously when requiredProficient in hotel PMS an advantageYour application will include the following questions:Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Revenue Assistant?#J-18808-Ljbffr
