Multiple Local Council roles assisting with: Turf Maintenance Garden Bed Staff Oval Surround Maintenance Would suit someone with demonstrated knowledge and experience in gardening, maintenance, and irrigation in a council environment or similar fields.
Turf Maintenance Duties Include: Laying turf Line marking pitches Fertilising using Tractor/fertiliser spreader Truck driving - Minimum LR (Required) Removing and installing soccer goals Topdressing using loader and tractors Tractor verti draining (LL & LB tickets required) Garden Bed Staff Duties Include: Truck driving Mulching Pruning and Planting Hedging BBQ Cleaning Back pack weed spraying Hand weeding Litter removal Whipper snipping Hand mowing Blowing paths Irrigation repairs Oval Surround Maintenance Duties Include: Truck driving - Minimum LR (Required) Mowing of dry land/open space area with JD front deck Whipper snipping Picking up litter Backpack weed spraying (Chem-Cert holders only) About You: Current White Card Chem Cert ticket highly desirable Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test Have a current drivers' licence and reliable transport Have excellent communication skills Must reside in Australia to apply Current police clearance The right candidates will meet selection criteria based on previous experience, pass an OH&S assessment & skills testing.
