Key responsibilities Develop and Maintain Financial Tools: Create and manage advanced financial models and applications using Power Query and Power BI, focusing on automating workflows, streamlining business processes, and enabling comprehensive financial analysis. Lead Financial Planning and Cash Flow Management: Deliver robust financial planning and analysis, actively contributing to cash flow planning and reporting while ensuring that funds are available to meet business demands and support strategic goals. Enhance Cash Flow Processes: Perform detailed analyses of cash flow operations, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements to optimize financial management and operational effectiveness. Generate Insightful Reporting: Produce clear and comprehensive monthly reports tailored for internal stakeholders, providing data-driven insights that support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Support Treasury and Budget Functions: Participate in debt and interest forecasting for budget preparation, contribute to the successful implementation of the treasury ERP system, and provide additional support to the team on ad hoc projects as needed. Required Skills and Competencies Proven experience in financial and management experience overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of a multinational organization, ideally within the construction industry. Proven experience and/or strong understanding of treasury management, including foreign exchange, liquidity, cash flow, and financial instruments. Deep knowledge of financial markets, financial instruments, and debt instruments to support informed decision-making. Proficiency in developing and utilizing data models and reporting packages to analyze and present financial insights effectively.
