This position involves providing essential support through any of our four service streams, including note-taking to ensure students have reliable study materials, editing transcripts produced by automatic speech recognition (ASR) systems for accuracy, physically assisting in hands-on learning lab environments and mentoring students to empower their personal and academic growth.What you'll bring to this roleCompletion of Year 12 or certificate 2 with demonstrated combination of relevant work experience and/ or education/training.Organisational, attention to detail and time management skills.High levels of written and oral communication skills in English.Ability to work professionally and collegially as part of a team.A commitment to accessibility and inclusion, driven by a passion to improve conditions for students.Applicants should refer to the Position Description for further details on the work requirements, duties, skills and experience required for this role.
