**Responsibilities** _Service Design_ - Map current state processed which show how the bank currently ensure we meet accessibility requirements - Map current state accessibility experience for internal employees - Map accessibility obligations against the value chain - Audit current state customer experiences and determine gaps and opportunities to improve accessibility experience - Read and synth all regulatory requirements on the topic of accessibility - Review and audit other brands capabilities in providing accessible experiences - Design target state experience for the accessibility experience we want to achieve - Design run and synth accessibility customer testing _Stakeholder management Skills_ - Work with all types of stakeholders from across the business including, product owners, business analysts, optimisation managers, designers, strategists, tech experts, legal and compliance - Work closely with accessibility team **Skills** _Core Skills_ - Service Design - UX Design - Communicate in a visual way _Complimentary_ - Graphic design - Design Thinking - Agile - Content writer - Motion film design **Education** - Formal education or training in Design/ Service deign – business/strategy degree which leans into Service Design Previous experience in delivery service Design/UX projects
