About the Role We're currently offering a Senior Product Specialist position, depending on the experience. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover from mid-Jan 2025 with the possibility to move to permanent. In this role you'll be working with the largest portfolio amongst our leading Health & Wellness brands.
Key Responsibilities: To support the Senior Manager in product-centric marketing strategy and tactics, including but not limited to Annual Planning, Quarterly Board Review and NPD Launch Campaigns. Develop and oversee the marketing budget to ensure alignment with financial goals Create marketing briefs leveraging product expertise to drive go-to-market campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets aligned with global messaging Conduct global market and competitor research to refine insights on target audiences and craft compelling storytelling for product USPs and RTBs to stand out in a competitive market Lead product pitching and trainings to different sales channels globally. Track and analyze omni-channel performance metrics including but not limited to global sales, post-campaign reports and competitor activities etc. Analyze industry data to identify trends, emerging segments, and unmet consumer needs, providing insights to inspire new product concepts. Key Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in brand and product marketing strategy and activation (in-house or agency experience), preferably in FMCG, wellness and/or beauty industries. Understanding of APAC markets particularly China and SEA consumer market dynamics, keen social media user including but not limited to Douyin, TikTok, Little Red Book, WeChat and IG. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and mobilise cross-functional internal teams independently. A proactive, creative, and critical thinker who is results-driven, solution-focused, unafraid to ask questions, eager to learn and grow, and thrives under pressure Good data analysis capabilities, able to identify trends, patterns from raw research data Native Chinese speaker with business proficient English A sense of business acumen and an eye for aesthetics, copywriting and content creation Skills in project management in the timeline and budgeting sense. #J-18808-Ljbffr
