THE ROLEAs a senior team member, your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with disability regulations across various projects while also overseeing business objectives.

DUTIES Review and assist with pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and relevance.Preparation of fee proposals.Review construction design documentation on a variety of small, medium, and large-scale projects.Offer professional advice to clients, fostering strong business relationships.Oversee quality assurance, document control, and management processes.Conduct site inspections and access audits.Preparation of reports including but not limited to Performance Solutions, Design assessments, etc.ABOUT YOU Minimum 1 year of experience as an Access Consultant.Registration as a Draftsperson, Building Surveyor, or Accredited Access Consultant is favourable but not essential.Possession of a valid QLD driver's license.Passion for enhancing accessibility in the built environment.Strong creativity, drive, and attention to detail.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in report writing and mentoring capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
