Remuneration package to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Key Responsibilities:Assess clients' financial needs and provide advice on suitable loan products.Collect financial information and analyse clients' financial situations to determine their creditworthiness.Negotiate loan terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients.Provide guidance and advice to clients throughout the loan application process with the assistance of your support team.Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.Build and maintain relationships with lenders and other industry professionals.Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in lending criteria.Qualifications:A customer-focused approach and ability to build strong relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A high level of integrity and professionalism.Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Diploma in Financial Services (desirable but not essential).Additional Information:Access to 40+ lenders.Permanent, full-time role.Central office location.2x Health and well-being days per year.Regular social team events.Opportunities for further learning and career growth.Warm, friendly, and supportive work environment.If you are passionate about finance and helping clients achieve their financial goals, we would love to hear from you.
