To meet our growing demands, we are looking for an Access & Approvals Coordinator to join our team.
The Role: Reporting to the Access Integration Team Lead, the purpose of the role is to coordinate Access and Approvals Packages (AAPs) from Land Access Project Request (LAPR) to AAP release to meet required timeframes within the integrated activity plan (IAP) and capture all required legislative approvals and agreements.
This is a Brisbane / Dalby based position and will require occasional travel between our field operations and office as required.
In addition, you will: Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.Coordinate the delivery of AAPs through the establishment of the required group of SMEs, PMs and planners and the management of AACS and the access schedule to progress key steps of the end-to-end access and approvals process.Ensure that batches have all the required deliverables prior to progressing through the APMS (Arrow project management system). In typical pass the Final Layout Approval (FLA) 'gate' which is used to lock the scope and generate the accompanying map for the activities planned on each Lot on Plan.Coordinate the execution of all key meetings, interactions and information capture required of the end-to-end access and approvals process, including the Land Access Project Request (LAPR) Issued For Site Assessment (IFSA) meeting, the Release from Survey (RFS) meeting and the Final layout Approval (FLA) meeting and access approval package (AAP) Handover meeting.Coordinate the strategy for support of staff using AACS and for key improvements to the system through consultation with all relevant stakeholders.About You You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: University degree [OR] First degree [OR] Other Professional Qualification.Professional qualifications in Project Management, Environmental Management, Science, Business, Economics, Law or Agriculture.Proven personal success in a multidisciplinary team.High degree of organisation and administrative skills.Negotiation skills, critical thinking, analysis and reasoning.Ability to interpret and apply legislative requirements associated with land access issues.Resource industry experience is desirable.If you're excited about this role however don't meet all the criteria, we would still love to hear from you anyway.
