About the Role:
Our Finance team are currentlyseeking anAccounts Payable Officer (Non-Stock) to join our team. This role reports into the Accounts Payable Manager and will involve receiving and processing all invoices and credit notes.
The responsibilities will include: Ensuring all invoices are coded and approved in line with the current procedures. Managing internal and external relationships to ensure all discrepancies are investigated in a timely manner. Creditor maintenance and monthly statement reconciliations New supplier onboarding and validation checks Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities. Assist with ad-hoc requests from the wider finance team To be successful you will ideally have the following: Proven experiences in a high-volume account processing position Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word Preferred, but not essential – Experience with AP21 A high attention to detail Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team Exceptional organizational and priority setting skills to be able to work in a fast-paced environment This role requires attention to detail and a "hands on approach" Ability to problem solve and take initiative Affiliation with Accent Group Core values and "Make It Happen " attitude At Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
