Job Description & Summary A career in our Managed Services team will provide you with an opportunity to collaborate with a wide array of teams to help our clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology. The Finance & Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back-office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimizing use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost-effective, high-quality services to all stakeholders. The team delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.
Our Financial Planning and Analysis Managed Services (FPAMS) team will provide you with the opportunity to act as an extension of our clients' business office.
Minimum Degree Required (BQ) *: Bachelors Degree

Minimum Year(s) of Experience (BQ) *: 3 year(s) of experience
Certification(s) Preferred: CPA
Preferred skills Supporting Client Services team, service delivery, engagement delivery, and releases for application activities, including enhancements, incidents, and future releases, to assess high-quality client management. Supporting consulting and/or BPO in Finance and Accounting within a Business Managed Service environment. Contributing to the delivery of a CFO managed service operation, supporting operations across finance areas such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Financial Planning and Analysis. Demonstrating familiarity with broader CFO managed services in the areas of analytics, data management, and Finance IT tools support and maintenance. Supporting development of relevant dashboards, financial models and reports and operational KPIs to guide business decisions and inform on performance of programs and agreements. Confirming the integrity and accuracy of the financial reporting and analysis provided. Supporting leadership teams in delivering effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, through visual displays of quantitative information/ insights. Escalating any financial issues to management. Presenting detailed monthly financial reports to managers, applying a thorough understanding of financial and quantitative acumen and skills. Collaborating with senior members of the accounting and finance teams. Working independently using project management skills. Building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Learning quickly and successfully demonstrates the use of effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address deadline-sensitive involving finance, accounting, technology, and/or related managed services matters. Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Having preferred proficiency in Anaplan, Tableau and SAP (S4HANA). Travel Requirements Up to 20%
