The ACAT Assessor - Allied Health will, within a primary health care framework, assess the needs of older persons and appropriate younger people with disabilities and their carers, within the region. Facilitate access to appropriate community and residential services, through a multi-disciplinary team approach.The Team:Working in a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will be completing Aged Care Assessments through the My Aged Care system for clients across the North West Coast.Details of appointment:Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from November 2024 until February 2026. Note: hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Salary:$106,966 to $123,013 per annum.
