ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Academy Coach of Cricket to join our team and contribute to the success of our Sports Academy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating an elite sporting pathway for our high-level cricket athletes.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalised coaching sessions, supporting students in enhancing their cricket skills and performance. Furthermore, you will assist students in developing their awareness, motor skills, and confidence within the sport, ensuring their growth and improvement, whilst also promoting a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
This is an ongoing casual role, term time only, commencing in Term 1, 2025.
ABOUT YOU Knowledge & skills: Proven track record of engagement with either community or school sport programs. Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting or through sports programs. Dynamic individual with a genuine passion for coaching and an ability to inspire and motivate young athletes. Qualifications: Sport Coaching accreditation recognised by a governing sports body or equivalent organisation. Working with Children Check. National Crime Check.
