This role encompasses high-level service delivery across various course-related processes for both prospective and current students and staff, serving as a central point of contact for graduate award courses.The coordinator ensures compliance with funding guidelines and coordinates critical academic and administrative processes throughout the student lifecycle, actively enhancing quality assurance and process improvements in collaboration with school departments and health partners.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinate the Medical School's scholarships, bursaries, and prizes.Provide secretarial support for the Medical School's Scholarship, Bursary Allocation Committee, Graduate Programs, and Executive Education Committee.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the School, Faculty, and University.Who We Are Looking ForYou will possess a degree and relevant work experience or a comparable combination of training and experience, with a customer service-focused approach and a commitment to providing high-level support to all stakeholders.Your skills will include excellent problem-solving, organisation, and the ability to operate autonomously and lead processes within complex team environments. You are expected to have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in high-level computer use, especially spreadsheets, with experience in university systems and course approval processes being desirable.You will also have:A degree and subsequent relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.An ability to exercise sound judgement and to maintain confidentiality.Excellent problem-solving and organisation skills.Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and maintaining business processes.This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
