Role Overview: As the Academic Program Manager, you will oversee our Master of Business program, including the Graduate Certificate and Diploma courses. You will lead a team of dedicated lecturers, drive academic innovation, and ensure our programs align with industry trends and standards.
Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking academic strategy that enhances the program profile nationally and internationally. Academic Excellence: Ensure the curriculum is cutting-edge and meets the highest standards of academic and industry relevance. Team Development: Mentor and lead a team of academic staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Student Success: Ensure a positive student experience through proactive support, timely communication, and effective academic administration. Industry Engagement: Build partnerships with industry professionals to incorporate real-world insights and practical learning into the curriculum. Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with academic and regulatory standards, ensuring the program remains competitive and reputable. About You: PhD (or near completion) in Business or a related field. Extensive experience in higher education management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with the ESOS Act 2000 and international student management. Proven ability to engage with industry professionals and integrate practical insights into academic programs. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse academic environment.
