Centre for Support and Advancement of Learning and Teaching (C~SALT), Sunshine Coast Campus, Sippy Downs Level 5, $77,710 - $87,573 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation Full-time, fixed-term until 27 June 2025 The Opportunity You will play a crucial role in upholding the principles of academic integrity at UniSC, ensuring that allegations of student academic misconduct are addressed appropriately. Your responsibilities will include coordinating general administrative services and providing operational support related to student academic integrity, misconduct, appeals, and interactions within the Integrity and Compliance Unit.
You will provide advice and support to staff on the interpretation and management of Student Academic Misconduct investigations, ensuring investigations are conducted in accordance with relevant policies and procedures; contribute to the preparation, development and maintenance of accurate Student Academic Integrity and Misconduct correspondence, documents, forms, registers and information; coordinate and document the support for the workflows associated with Student Academic Misconduct, responding to complex queries, exploring matters and sourcing solutions; and effectively synthesise incoming information and processes from multiple sources regarding student academic misconduct and liaise with students and staff at all levels. About you You excel at prioritising tasks efficiently, managing multiple requests, and meeting deadlines through exceptional time and workload management skills. Your outstanding verbal and written communication abilities enable you to effectively synthesise information from multiple sources and liaise with students and staff at all levels. You exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive matters with discretion. You work independently with accuracy and attention to detail, while also collaborating effectively to deliver outcomes in a high-volume work environment.
You will possess: a relevant degree with subsequent experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in an administrative position within tertiary education; strong digital literacy, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office365 suite, Adobe Acrobat, records management programs (T1ECM) and ability to upskill in other programs as they emerge; and previous experience in broad ranging administrative activities including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of software is essential.
