About the Office The Faculty of Arts, Sciences, Law and Business comprises two vibrant schools; the School of Arts & Sciences, and the School of Law & Business.

Our national Faculty is based on three distinct campuses in Fremantle, Sydney, and Broome.
About the Role The position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and promotion of faculty effectiveness in academic integrity, as well as risk identification and mitigation of academic misconduct.
The activities of the role influence the way in which the University is perceived locally, nationally, and internationally in terms of reputation, academic standards and the quality of the student experience.
This role will work collaboratively with the Curriculum & Quality Team, supporting governance, quality assurance, academic integrity and capability matters, at Faculty level.
Key Responsibilities Work with FASLB Schools, Curriculum and Quality, Student Administration, the Research Office and other areas of the University to develop, maintain, implement and improve academic and research integrity and student conduct practices that focus on upholding academic standards and providing high quality educational experiences for students.
Liaise closely with relevant areas to coordinate and provide guidance on the processes, procedures, strategies and regulatory requirements which assure academic and research integrity and manage instances of misconduct.
In collaboration with the Manager Academic Integrity and Misconduct, Heads of School, Course Coordinator and Student Administration, undertake directed investigations of complex potential academic integrity breaches, including but not limited to contract cheating, the use of software such as generative AI and collusion.
In collaboration with the Manager Academic Integrity and Misconduct, Heads of FASLB Schools and Student Administration, undertake directed analysis of academic integrity monitoring and risk related issues at Faculty level and contribute recommendations to support continuous quality improvement.
Review and analyse faculty performance against internal and external standards and other quality requirements.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience A degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience, or Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields, or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Proven experience in managing and resolving academic integrity cases or similar types of disciplinary cases, with a deep understanding of academic integrity principles.
Proven experience in implementing initiatives relating to academic integrity, and in maintaining confidentiality across the monitoring, analysis and reporting of misconduct and risk mitigation.
