Salary: $60 - $80 per hour

What We Are Looking For:

Our company is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) applying for re-registration and looking for an experienced and passionate Manager Compliance. To be successful, you will need in-depth knowledge to ensure overall compliance and regulatory requirements of our RTO operations. You will maintain compliance with various reporting requirements, update policies, and identify areas for operational improvements. You will work closely with team members to ensure that our training and assessment practices meet necessary standards and regulations.

Your duties and responsibilities:

Develop compliance monitoring plans based on legislative and regulatory requirements.

Lead all internal auditing for compliance.

Ensure the RTO meets all regulatory requirements of ASQA Standards for Registered Training Organisations.

Approve training and assessment materials required for skills and qualifications.

Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance matters, including training and professional development.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in training and assessment.

Qualifications and other requirements:

Proven experience in RTO compliance management or in a similar role within the vocational education and training sector.

In-depth knowledge of ASQA standards, VET Quality Framework, and other relevant legislation.

Sound business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with RTO registration, scope extension, and compliance audits.

Ability to develop, review, and maintain relevant policies and procedures.

Strong time-management and organisational skills.

Knowledge of current industry standards and practices.

Experience:

Academic/Compliance Manager: 1 year (Preferred)

RTO compliance management: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:
