We arelooking for someone who wants to grow with the company and isself-motivated and an enthusiastic 'go-getter'.Key Responsibilities:Support Learning Content Development and LMS Functionality: Assist inthe development of learning content. Maintain functionality of theLearning Management System (LMS) and other related systems. Fosterpositive and professional relationships among students and trainingstaff.LMS Review and Maintenance: Regularly review and maintain the LearningManagement System (LMS) to ensure optimal performance. Provide ITsupport related to the LMS and other systems.Student and Trainer Support: Manage student and trainer LMSenrolments. Monitor class attendance, assessments, and progress.Provide support and assistance to students and trainers as needed.Liaison and Communication: Liaise with Academic and Student ServicesStaff to address the needs and interests of students and trainers.Maintain effective communication channels between differentstakeholders.Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks aimed at deliveringquality student services support. Collaborate effectively with theStudent Services Team within ECA Professional Year Australia.Reporting and Team Collaboration: Report to the Director of Studies– PY. Collaborate effectively with the Student Services Team withinECA Professional Year Australia.Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional administration andcustomer service to students via phone, email, and face-to-faceinteractions. Address student requests promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate student records and assist with variousorganizational services.As the successful candidate you will ideally have: Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent experience. Current industry knowledge in IT and LMSplatforms (RTOm and Canvas). Demonstrated ability to work effectivelyand follow briefed instructions. Ability to organise and managemultiple priorities. Excellent administrative, organisational and timemanagement skills. Very good communication skills, verbal and written.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Student Management System. (RTOManager preferred but not essential). Strong attention to detail andfollow through on tasks
