Ac Technician / Central Plant Specialist

A Mechanical Services Specialist is required to maintain, repair and tune Central plant equipment within premium commercial office buildings and multiple NTG sites.Responsibilities:Must be experienced in HVAC Central Plant, BMS and Mechanical Services within commercial buildings.Must have FULL ARC licence and NT Restricted Electrical licence.Must be able to receive Police & Defence DCAC clearances.Must be able to go on-call (negligible call-outs though).Must have a high level of customer service and be solutions focused.Be willing to mentor apprentices.No residential clients.Career pathways are: Service Supervisor or Service Manager.United are equal opportunity employers and are open to discuss relocation costs for the right candidate.
