Ac Technician / Central Plant Specialist

A Mechanical Services Specialist is required to maintain, repair and tune Central plant equipment within premium commercial office buildings and multiple NTG sites.
Responsibilities: Must be experienced in HVAC Central Plant, BMS and Mechanical Services within commercial buildings. Must have FULL ARC licence and NT Restricted Electrical licence. Must be able to receive Police & Defence DCAC clearances. Must be able to go on-call (negligible call-outs though). Must have a high level of customer service and be solutions focused. Be willing to mentor apprentices. No residential clients. Career pathways are: Service Supervisor or Service Manager.
