A unique opportunity
Reporting into the RGM Manager, two newly created Senior Revenue Analyst roles will help drive the next phase of growth for Kellanova. These roles - one focused on Breakfast and the other on Salty Snacks - offer the chance to work at the heart of the business's commercial strategy.
Collaborating with the Category, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, you will:
Deliver insights and recommendations that enhance revenue and profitability. Analyse pricing, promotional strategies, and product performance to uncover opportunities. Align cross-functional teams around actionable, data-driven revenue management strategies. You'll also gain exposure to Kellanova's wider growth journey, with plenty of room to develop your career in a world-class FMCG organisation that is about to enter an exciting new chapter.
About You
2-3 years of experience in RGM, Commercial Analytics, Finance, or a related field (ideally FMCG). Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving. Bring a collaborative mindset, with the ability to translate data into clear, impactful insights. Have advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI. Embody Kellanova's values of Integrity, Accountability, and Courage. Sales exposure and an understanding of financial modelling, pricing, and promotions will be highly valued.
