$121,537 - $126,970 p.a. - RN/M3 Employment:

Full time - Term Contract (temporary up to 30 October 2026) About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Aboriginal Primary Health Care Manager to lead and coordinate client care within our Aboriginal Health Team Northern. This role is crucial for managing and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality primary health care services and optimal client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse team to deliver exceptional care. Oversee and coordinate primary health programs and services. Drive performance, address practice inconsistencies, and foster a positive work environment. Provide top-notch health care to the Aboriginal community, focusing on holistic well-being through the Tarpari Wellbeing Centre and the Indigenous Australians Health Program.

Minimum Requirements: Be Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Have at least 3 years post registration experience. Experience in management and leadership roles. Experience in community development, project work and in applying the principles of Primary Health Care.

Minimum of $2000 per year for professional development and training (can include registrations, travel and accommodation). A thorough orientation and buddy system to support relocation and transition.
