Base Salary: $135,661 - $142,194 (p.a.)
Total Effective Package: $165,406 - $172,822 (p.a)*
Full-time, 12 month Maximum Term Contract

About the role
The Aboriginal Practice Manager – Social Emotional Wellbeing is responsible for the leadership and management of the Aboriginal staff within the Congress Social and Emotional Wellbeing team. This position will provide high-level oversight of the effective, high quality, and culturally responsive services and programs, including succession planning, service coordination, staff recruitment, budgetary reviews, service performance reviews, report writing, and staff support.
The position is located within the Congress Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Service with access to a network of peer support including clinical supervision. The SEWB team embeds three streams of care: medical, therapeutic and cultural and social support with intensive case management as required. People accessing the SEWB services have access to a dedicated GP and nursing team (healthcare pods) that can provide mental health care plans and integrated care through our therapeutic and social and cultural support model.
