About the role
Working within and functioning as part of the Mental Health team and meet the requirements of the Bachelor of Health Science (Mental Health) degree. Working under supervision and as part of the multidisciplinary team, the position will participate in the development and coordination of therapeutic interventions to whole families where child protection concerns have been identified with a coexisting drug and/or alcohol and/or mental health problem. Contributing to the development of culturally informed assessment and treatment approaches, ensuring consideration to social, cultural and historical contexts. Providing advice and cultural support to non-Aboriginal peers to improve cultural safety families accessing support through Whole Family Team.
