We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Aboriginal Mental Health Liaison Officers to join the Broome Mental Health Unit (BMHU). This role provides a cultural security and liaison service to Aboriginal patients and non-Indigenous employees within the Broome (BHMU). Works as part of the Aboriginal Mental Health Team in the planning and delivery of culturally appropriate patient care. Pursuant of Section 50(d) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984, the occupant of this position must be of Aboriginal descent.  Work with Us/In Their Words  This is an "open-ended" recruitment pool for Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual apppointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Please note: The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications, and will assess on a regular basis. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur until 31/12/2024.
