Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide clinically responsive and culturally safe healthcare practice through prevention, early detection, early intervention, and treatment of illness within a defined scope of practice and as a member of the Alcohol and Other Drugs Access Team, Top End Mental Health Services.
Key Responsibilities: Provide culturally safe and responsive healthcare services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive healthcare services.Develop and implement health education programs to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.Conduct health assessments and develop treatment plans to address the physical and mental health needs of clients.Provide support and guidance to clients to promote self-management and independence.Requirements: The successful candidate will possess:
