Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and enthusiastic person to the role of Aboriginal Health Officer. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, implementation and evaluation of Aboriginal Health Programs in Midwest. The position works closely with the Public Health staff to promote Aboriginal health in the community. Area Profile: The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is the largest country health system in Australia and one of the biggest in the world, providing health services to approximately half a million people, including 45,000 Aboriginal people, over a vast two and a half million square kilometre area.
