Base Salary: $74,470 - $82,855 (p.a.)
Total Effective Package: $93,499 - $102,934(p.a.

The position is responsible for cultural brokerage, liaison, advocacy and support for clients ensuring the responsibility of coordination and facilitation of children and families for appointments and follow-ups.
